Liliva Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Liliva purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be: • Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on: • Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Accessories for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved: • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect: • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the issue for faster processing
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.
