All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates (after processing): • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable).
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address: • The buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Liliva is not responsible for: • Packages lost by the shipping carrier
• Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen events
• Damage during transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
We will assist you with documentation if needed.
